Schedule an in-depth interview with our medical director Dr. Chadwick Prodromos. He will assess goals and connect you with one of our renowned concierge functional medicine doctors who will then contact you to schedule your remote comprehensive health evaluation – which is the heart of our operation.
Schedule a one-hour consultation with Dr. Angelo Dizon DPT who will design a custom fitness and nutrition program for you. Follow-ups are generally bi-weekly or monthly for 30 minutes.
FEES: There is a one-time, $1000, onboard fee which will also cover your consultation with Dr. Prodromos. Dr. Dizon’s consultations will be charged at a rate of $125 per half hour. The functional medicine doctor will bill you for their services as per their usual billing rate.
